Question: My waist is 41 inches. Will these be too small?

Answer: The beads with the strings are the best because you want them to fit you as close to your waist size. Since most people use them to help manage weight loss, when you fit them to your size now you can tell when your losing the weight. The beads will slowly start to drop down.

Question: Can you bathe with them without the stretchy string popping because of getting wet so much? 

Answer: You can but with time they lose their elasticity therefore making it an unreliable gauge.

Question: I wear a 24,26 will they fit?

Answer: yes, it´d feel comfortable around your waist due to the elasticity it won’t be super snug.

Question: My waist is 45 inches. Will these waist beads fit or will it be too tight?

Answer: they should fit they stretch quite a bit and the beads roll so they won’t be too tight.

Question: Are these waist beads on cotton thread that can be worns in water?

Answer: They are not on cotton threads but can be worn in water.

Question: How do you adjust it?

Answer: It’s elastic so they adjust to you. It’s elastic you don’t need to adjust it.

Question: How do you know when you're losing weight with the Traditional Waist beads?

Answer: You know you are losing weight when the beads shift or fall lower on your body.

The beads will be loose around your waist. Consequently, when you’re gaining weight the bead will feel tighter.

The beads will start to hang instead of feeling stretched. Imagine a bracelet, if the bracelet is tight you will know.

Question: How do you put them on?

Answer: Put your hands in the middle and kinda spread the sections out, until they begin to untangle. I found this to easier. Or you put them inside both wrist about shoulder width until they break apart.

Question: Can you shower with them?

Answer: Yes

Some inconveniences:

If you have any hair on your stomach area, even fine hair, the beads may pull it up making it uncomfortable.

Made to order waist beads:

Our simple made to order waist bead styles are perfectly fine to bathe, shower, swim, exercise, and have sex in. Overtime they may lose their elasticity therefore making it an unreliable gage. Be mindful not to yank on them while pulling your pants down to use the bathroom.
